Individual Therapy in Oregon & Hawaii

Individual therapy is a dedicated space to slow down, turn inward, and receive support that is centered fully on you.

At Inward Motion Counseling Group, individual therapy is designed for people navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, relationship stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, and the quiet sense that “something needs to change.” Our clinicians offer a grounded, compassionate space where you don’t have to carry everything alone.

Our Therapeutic Approach

Individual therapy may support you with:

  • Anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm

  • Life transitions and identity changes

  • Relationship patterns and boundary work

  • Burnout, stress, and nervous system regulation

  • Self-esteem, self-trust, and meaning-making

At Inward Motion Counseling Group, our clinicians work from trauma-informed, relational, and systemic frameworks. We recognize that personal struggles don’t exist in isolation—they are shaped by relationships, culture, identity, and lived experience.

Therapy is collaborative and paced with care, honoring both emotional depth and nervous system safety.
