❋ Issues
Clients come to therapy with a sense of needing something, but aren’t often sure what that “something” is. There could be grief, hurt, confusion, a sense of overwhelm, and/or a life transition happening that stirs up anxious feelings.
My approach brings in a sense of calm and grounding to help clients go deeper within themselves to discover their own strengths. We work together to uncover what is causing helpless feelings to bring about clarity and self-assurance.
Through this process, clients define their safe space, gain confidence to assert themselves so that they can fully express their needs and wants within relationships and for themselves. They begin to build trust within themselves and their relationships.
More than just my work
