Jess has been a certified Life Coach since 2015, 200-hour registered yoga teacher, Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, and currently in training to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Her work blends mindset & life coaching, nervous system awareness, and practical habit strategy.

In our EFT “tapping” sessions, we target the emotional roots of the patterns that keep you stuck in overthinking, hesitation, and inconsistency. We work at the identity level, clearing the charge behind old beliefs so you can act with clarity, build consistent habits, and embody the version of yourself you keep trying to become.

Clients come to me when they’re self-aware but frustrated. They understand their patterns. They just can’t seem to break them.

Most clients notice a shift in emotional intensity after the first session, with increased confidence and consistency building within the first month.
