In our EFT “tapping” sessions, we target the emotional roots of the patterns that keep you stuck in overthinking, hesitation, and inconsistency. We work at the identity level, clearing the charge behind old beliefs so you can act with clarity, build consistent habits, and embody the version of yourself you keep trying to become.
Clients come to me when they’re self-aware but frustrated. They understand their patterns. They just can’t seem to break them.
Most clients notice a shift in emotional intensity after the first session, with increased confidence and consistency building within the first month.
If you’re ready to stop circling the same patterns and start building real momentum, I’d love to support you!
I believe
I believe lasting change happens when we shift identity, not just behavior.
I believe self-awareness is powerful, but embodiment is what creates momentum.
I believe growth can be both gentle and direct.
I believe you are not broken, you have patterns. And patterns can change.
I believe clarity and consistency come from feeling safe in your own mind and body.
I value
I value creating a space where you feel seen, accepted, and never judged.
I value your autonomy. You are always the authority in your own life.
I value sustainable change over quick fixes.
I value showing up with presence, warmth, and unconditional support.
“ Self-love is not about changing myself. It's about changing the thoughts I have about myself. ”
