6 Things I Stopped Doing To Feel Healthier
There’s no shortage of people telling you what to do to be healthy (and I don’t know about you, but I find it pretty overwhelming). What’s not talked about is what you can STOP doing or remove from your routine to be healthier. And that’s why my latest YouTube video is one of the most important conversations I’ve had around health and wellness in a long time.
In this video I’m sharing 6 things I stopped doing that improved both my mental and physical health.
At different points in my life, I’ve:
• compared myself, not just to others, but to older versions of myself
• forced strict routines that didn’t fit my real life (like 3 hour, 10 step morning routines 🫠)
• ignored what my body was trying to tell me
• done workouts that felt like punishment because I thought I had to
• believed I had to do everything perfectly to be healthy
Over time, I realized that real wellness feels a lot more grounded, flexible, intuitive, and sustainable than the internet often makes it seem.
So in this video, I’m sharing the shifts that genuinely improved both my mental and physical health and helped me build a healthier lifestyle that actually works for my real life. Click below to watch, and don’t forget to subscribe for more content like this.
