This work is designed to support both the inner and outer aspects of transformation because sustainable change doesn’t happen through mindset work alone or surface-level habits alone.

Over the course of 3 months, we’ll move through two core phases designed to help you create lasting change.

Phase One: Awareness & Alignment

Weeks 1–6

The first half of our work together is focused on understanding what’s really been keeping you stuck.

Most people already know what they “should” be doing. The deeper issue is usually the subconscious patterns, emotional responses, limiting beliefs, nervous system conditioning, and identity-level stories underneath the behavior.

Together, we’ll uncover the patterns that have been keeping you disconnected from yourself, your confidence, your consistency, and your goals while building the emotional safety and self-trust needed for lasting change.

This phase creates the foundation for everything that follows.

Session 1: Health History + Vision

We’ll begin with a deep dive into your wellness history, current life, habits, emotional patterns, goals, and vision for the person and life you want to create.

You’ll leave this session with clarity around where you are now, where you want to go, and the internal and external shifts that will support that transformation.

You’ll also complete a vision exercise as “homework” to help you reconnect with your authentic desires, goals, and the version of yourself you’re becoming.

Sessions 2–6: Inner Transformation

These sessions focus on the internal work that allows sustainable transformation to happen.

Using coaching, EFT tapping, and intuitive guidance, we’ll begin identifying and shifting the deeper patterns underneath self-sabotage, inconsistency, overwhelm, perfectionism, and fear of change.

During this phase, we may explore:

  • limiting beliefs and old stories

  • upper limits and fear around growth, visibility, success, or change

  • nervous system regulation and emotional safety

  • self-worth and self-acceptance

The second half of our work is about integrating the inner shifts you’ve created into your daily life in a way that feels grounded, aligned, and sustainable. This is where transformation becomes embodied.

Instead of relying on motivation or forcing yourself into change, we focus on building habits, routines, and lifestyle shifts that support the version of you you’re becoming naturally.

As your self-trust and clarity grows, taking action begins to feel less overwhelming and more aligned. You start showing up differently because you’re becoming different from the inside out.

Sessions 7–12: Embodiment + Aligned Action

In this phase, we focus on helping you take bolder action toward your vision while creating supportive systems, habits, and routines that feel realistic and sustainable for your life.

Together, we’ll bridge the gap between inner transformation and external reality so the changes you create actually stick.

During this phase, we may explore:

Meet Your Coach, Jess

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been deeply drawn to personal growth, wellness, and spirituality. Over the last decade, that passion has evolved into a blend of mindset coaching, EFT tapping, holistic wellness, and identity work designed to help women create sustainable transformation from the inside out.

I’m a certified life coach through the Coach Training Alliance, certified EFT practitioner, RYT200, and certified holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. My work combines both the emotional and practical sides of transformation because

I believe lasting change happens when your mind, body, habits, lifestyle, and self-concept begin working together instead of against each other.

Beyond certifications and tools, I bring an intuitive approach to this work. With permission, I may incorporate intuitive guidance into our sessions when it feels supportive and aligned for the client experience.

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply personalized. I’m not interested in helping you become a completely different person. I’m interested in helping you reconnect with yourself underneath the pressure, perfectionism, burnout, and conditioning that may have made you feel disconnected along the way.

I believe transformation is possible when you feel emotionally safe enough to grow, supported enough to be honest with yourself, and empowered enough to stop abandoning who you really are.

  • Most approaches focus on either mindset or behavior change in isolation. This work combines both inner and outer transformation. We work with your nervous system, identity, emotions, and daily habits together so change actually feels natural and sustainable instead of forced.

  • Not at all. Most people who come into this work feel stuck in cycles of inconsistency, overwhelm, or self-sabotage. This process is designed to support you exactly where you are, not where you think you “should” be.

  • Yes, but not in a rigid or prescriptive way. We look at your relationship with your body, habits, self-care, and consistency so that any external goals you have are supported by internal alignment rather than pressure or restriction.

    Note: I do not create meal plans or workout routines but will help you with implementation of prescribed diets and/or fitness plans.

Many also notice shifts in habits, physical health, routines, self-care, relationships, and how they relate to themselves overall. Results depend on your level of engagement and willingness to apply the work between sessions.
