Holistic Health Coaching
Holistic Health Coaching is a supportive, personalized space to improve your health and well-being in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your real life.
At Inward Motion Counseling Group, holistic health coaching is designed for individuals who want support creating healthier habits, improving energy, reducing stress, feeling better in their bodies, and building a lifestyle that supports their overall wellness goals. Together, we focus on sustainable changes around nutrition, movement, sleep, self-care, routines, mindset, and daily life so you can feel more balanced, supported, and connected to your health without needing to approach wellness through perfectionism or extremes.
You Don’t Need To Overhaul Your Entire Life To Feel Better
Many people already know the basics of what they “should” be doing for their health, but turning that knowledge into sustainable habits in real life can feel overwhelming.
Maybe you’ve found yourself stuck in cycles of starting over with routines, struggling to stay consistent with healthy habits, feeling exhausted by conflicting wellness advice, or trying to take care of yourself while balancing work, relationships, responsibilities, stress, and everyday life.
You may want to:
feel more energized throughout the day
improve your relationship with food and your body
create healthier routines that actually fit your lifestyle
reduce stress and support your mental well-being
improve sleep, movement, or self-care habits
feel more organized and less overwhelmed
follow through on goals with more consistency and support
Getting healthy isn’t just about willpower or finding the “perfect” routine. Health is personal. It shifts through different seasons of life. And what works for one person may not work for another.
What is Holistic Health Coaching?
Holistic health coaching can support many different areas of health and well-being depending on your unique goals, lifestyle, and needs. Rather than looking at health through a narrow lens, this work takes a multidimensional approach that recognizes wellness is influenced by many interconnected parts of life, not just food or exercise alone.
In addition to areas like nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and physical health, we may also explore how factors such as relationships, work-life balance, home environment, finances, creativity, joy, routines, and emotional well-being are impacting your overall quality of life. This whole-person approach is rooted in the philosophy of bio-individuality and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Circle of Life framework, which recognizes that sustainable health looks different for every individual and shifts throughout different seasons of life.
Together, we may focus on:
creating healthier nutrition habits
meal planning and food preparation
implementing practitioner-prescribed diets or protocols
supportive daily routines and self care practices
home/work environment
relationships and lifestyle factors
improving energy
creating work/life balance
movement and exercise habits
sleep hygiene
stress management and emotional wellness
mindset and self esteem
accountability and consistency
building realistic habits that fit your actual life
reducing overwhelm around health and wellness
creating a healthier relationship with your body
This work is collaborative, personalized, and designed to support sustainable change over time rather than quick fixes, perfectionistic, or extreme approaches to wellness.
The Circle of Life
Hi, I’m Jess — Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and EFT practitioner with a deep passion for helping people feel healthier, more empowered, and more authentic in their daily lives.
My approach is rooted in the philosophy of bio-individuality, which means there is no one-size-fits-all version of health. Every person has different needs, preferences, stressors, goals, and life circumstances, and I’m here to help you create lifestyle changes that support your unique version of health.
I believe health should support your life, not consume it. Together, we focus on realistic, supportive changes that work with your body and your lifestyle in a way that feels balanced, doable, and authentic.
*As a health coach, my role is to provide guidance, education, reflection, accountability, support, and encouragement as you work toward your goals. Health coaching is not medical care, nutrition counseling, therapy, or mental health treatment. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions, create meal plans or fitness routines. Instead, coaching is designed to complement your existing care and help you successfully implement supportive lifestyle changes in your everyday life.

Enrollment Windows
Because this work is deeply personalized and high-touch, I only take a limited number of private clients each season. This private coaching experience runs in three focused cohorts per year. Between cohorts, I step out of 1:1 client work to rest, reset, and fully resource myself so I can support each new round of clients with presence, clarity, and care.
Enrollment is currently OPEN and closes on June 12th. The next cohort begins on June 15th.

Create A Healthier Life That Feels Sustainable
Improving your health doesn’t have to mean becoming a completely different person overnight.
Small, supportive changes practiced consistently over time can create meaningful shifts in how you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Holistic health coaching offers a space to slow down, look at the bigger picture of your well-being, and create habits and routines that genuinely support your life instead of adding more pressure to it.
If you’re ready to feel more supported, more balanced, and more connected to your health in a realistic and sustainable way, I’d love to work with you.
